Google Videos Application for Android Coming Soon?

Google announced its movie service at GoogleIO where the company and its service would allow for rentals through the Android Market. El Goog also promised device support and it appears that a Google Videos application has surfaced on the Android Market just to be quickly yanked.

The application was available for a short time in the Android Market but those who were lucky enough to grab it report that "it doesn't work on phones yet". While its appearance in the Market is a pretty solid indication of things to come there is no certain information about an availability date. Check out the video of the app in action below:

Windows Phone 7 Mango Shown Off on HTC HD2 (Video)

We know that Windows Phone 7 Mango has been hacked over to the evergreen HTC HD2 and we even hope to see a public release sometime soon (probably even today) but until then there are a couple of videos to get you through the waiting.

Yes, Windows Phone 7 Mango is working on the HD2 even if there are currently some things that do not, like the Marketplace, search or HTML 5 rendering in Internet Explorer. Other than that, just take a look at the two demo videos below to see how the beloved Leo is handling Redmond's upcoming greatest:

Sony Ericsson XPERIA Neo unboxing video

httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g1ExT8QuBKM

The Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo gives you great photos every time thanks to its high-quality 8.1-megapixel camera. And when you want to talk face to face in a video call, there's a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. The main camera lets you take advantage of face recognition, so everyone in the picture is in focus. There's also Exmor R technology, which is great for photos in even the lowest light. You won't find these features on the Sony Ericsson Xperia PLAY.

Google+ for iPhone coming within days

Dedicated iOS app on the way

Google's Google+ for iPhone app should be landing in the App Store within the next 2 weeks according to the big G, after confirming that it has submitted the app to Apple for approval.

The new app, which only works for those who have access to the new closed beta service, promises to give Google+ users the chance to catch up on their new found friends and the social network from a dedicated app rather than just the mobile website currently available.

Googler Erica Joy made it very clear in a post on Google+:

"For my iPhone using friends: the Google+ iPhone app has been submitted to the App store (no not today, sometime prior to today) and is awaiting approval."

Of course there is no guarantee that Apple will approve the app as is. Many question whether or not the Cupertino-based company will allow the app to upload photos in the background, something no other app to our knowledge does.

The Android version of the Google+ app gives you full control over the new social network as well as offering other features like automatically adding people to your Contacts book and letting you "Huddle", two other features that might not make it to the iOS version.

Are you looking forward to the iPhone app? Let us know.

NodeBeat HD Helps Turn Anyone into an iPad Musician

NodeBeat 5

Since the existence of computers, developers have been working on ways to make music that is compatible with technology. Combining the digital world with the musical world has opened up many new opportunities. One of them being the ability to create beautiful music without needing to know how to play a single note on an instrument.

NodeBeat HD is one such app that allows users the ability to control and manipulate objects on the screen that will pulse rhythmically and change pitch as you move them around. No music theory necessary.

NodeBeat 4

NodeBeat 3

The nodes are made up of various notes and beat generators. Place a node on the screen and the notes will automatically appear, attached to the node. Stretch the note out to alter its pitch. Move it around to create different sounds or let the notes float around and create sound automatically. Add more notes and attach them to the node to create new rhythms.

NodeBeat 2

NodeBeat 1

Each note you place on the screen can be adjusted with different waveforms, keys, and octaves. You can also change the echo, attack, decay, and release. There are 12 musical key signatures with 20 scales and seven octave ranges. For the nodes, adjust the tempo and beat style for a variety of sound options.

You can record and save your music, create ringtones, upload to SoundCloud, and play it live to other compatible apps via Audiobus.

NodeBeat HD is available on the iPad for $2.99. Download it in the App Store today.

Vogue App – Distinct your fashion

Vogue iPhone app

I think that the clothes we see in the chain stores, at countless malls are all designer motivated conceptions. What stores do is take runway fashion and use it as inspiration to create pieces that are wearable and accessible for everyone, to say the pieces are knockoffs is to precisely say that every item in the mall is a knockoff. IPhone and Vogue both collaborated together to modify our looks with high-tech advancement and social fashion startups like Polyvore and the Like.com's Couturious.

This app features as a stylist to your personality exactly under your name and get most innovated content linked with hot and newest fashion upcoming. One of the hottest trends of vogue that are desired by customers can be found within the app along with uploads of user clothing already owned. Vogue Stylist produces modish outfits from the pieces that reflect the current trend within the short span of time. The catch: Vogue will style outfits only with products from their advertisers.

Apple and vogue will launch the app with 91 dazzling brands and over 600 articles of clothing and beauty products which include highlighting the season's most up-to-date styles, also enable users to unlock exclusive content, videos, discounts and special offers and invites. Currently, Gucci, Hudson Jeans, Kate Spade, Longchamp Paris, Nine West, Valentino, and Via Spiga are taking part in this feature of the App.

This march the Vogue App would enhance with The Trench, Floaty Dress, Tribal, Natural Shades, and Bright Lip. You just need a click to buy a feature of your own choice or locate at a store nearby your house. You can also publicize your design in your socio-circle via Facebook and allow users to view your trends and clothes internationally.
